Father’s Day: Gift Ideas

With father’s day looming we thought we’d do a quick montage of gift ideas. We’ve enlisted our favourite mums from on the block to do a Father’s Day gift idea round up. Why? Well because if you’re anything like me you literally only remembered yesterday and are straight up out of ideas what to do to cover up your negligence!

DIY Cards And Gift Ideas

DIY cards are a great way to keep the kids entertained and irradiate the need to pop to the shops. Our feature photo comes from a great Father’s Day project by That’ll Do Mum’s Fay and her girls. Head over to Fay’s grid for even more, gorgeous Father’s day gift ideas.

A long the same lines Mighty Mum Club put together some great Grandpa shark ideas, matching this cute home crafted card with an underwater themed mug.

Proving that the best way to a man’s heart is via his stomach, Irish Book Mammy has gone for a chocolate themed gift box. Nothing say’s I love you like five minutes peace and an endless supply of chocolate!

Counting To Ten’s Kate has created two footprint based artworks, perfect for toddlers to make for Father’s Day. Take your pick from a grrrreat lion or roaring dinosaurs.

Subscription Boxes

Possibly a bit of a cop out compared to all the other ideas listed so far, but I’m feeling quite smug with myself over this one. I’ve gone for a shaving subscription box! Not only is it’s the gift that keeps on giving, but I

also managed to bag it at a bargain price! For £3.95 I ordered their ‘Get Started’ trial set, normally £11.50. Which allows you to choose your refill frequency and cancel or change your plan anytime. For an extra £5 I also signed up for a mystery item to be added to the box.

For £8.95 we received a razor, in the colour of our choice with 5 precision blades, an SPF 15 face lotion and a large, sleek can of shaving gel.

More Inspo

Despite having ordered my card off Moonpig, I do like to live vicariously through my Pinterest account where, we’ve catalogued a plethora of fantastic Father’s Day ideas, go have a mooch.

How ever you’re spending Father’s Day this weekend, we hope you have a gooden’!

Much love,

Berrit x
