Kourabiedes are Christmas biscuits. Soft and crumbly in the centre, whilst crisp on the outside. Their delicious almond crunch goes great with a cuppa. Quick and easy to bake Kourabiedes are our absolute festive, family favourite. They are traditionally baked this time of year, in Greece.
4.5 cups of cake flour
2 cups of butter
1/2 of cup icing sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of chopped, roasted almonds
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 mins at 175°C . Once cooled cover in icing sugar.

So easy and soooo tasty!
I love almond – and the only thing I really bake are biscuits so I’m going to give these a go. Thanks for the recipe. Happy Christmas to you and the family.
