T-shirt Edit: Gifted By Femme Luxe *

*Femme Luxe have not paid me to write this t-shirt edit. However, all pieces included within this article were gifted by Femme Luxe. This is an unpaid review of product gifted by Femme Luxe. All opinions within this article are my own. OK Ad break out the way. It’s July! I can’t believe we’ve gotten here, can you?

Things are starting to open and it seems that life might be getting slightly back to normal (unless you’re in Leicester, I’m sorry Booberrit!). But it’s important to be aware that everyone doesn’t feel comfortable socialising just yet, with that in mind I wanted to create some outfits that are really versatile, whether you’re meeting your friends at the park, staying in watching Netflix or have decided to go out with the girls for a cocktail or two… Socially distanced of course.

Outfit One

You might remember that last month I mentioned how much I love t-shirts. They can be dressed up or down, so this month I’ve decided to make them the main focus of my inspiration.

This is a look that focuses on those days you want to chuck on something that looks like you might have made a bit of an effort but is also ideal for sitting on the couch binging ‘Say I do’ and crying into a bag of Caramel Nibbles, this Grey Marl, Cropped, Oversized T-Shirt is the
perfect fit and for only £7.99 is a steal!

Outfit Two

Now, I don’t know if I’m the right demographic for TikTok, but I love it and have taken some fashion inspiration from girls that are much younger and MUCH cooler than me with this polka dot head scarf, sourced from my local charity shop. Not only does it add something to your
outfit, it also covers greasy roots which for me is a win-win. With it, I’ve teamed this Lilac V-neck Short Sleeve T-Shirt (£6.49), a pair of Mom jeans and some sliders for an effortless but classic summer look.

Outfit Three

I love a slogan tee, so this White Femme Luxe ‘Babe’ Slogan Print Crew Neck, (£5.99) is great. It can be worn in so many ways, and is easily teamed with a pair of jeans, but I thought I’d pop it on with this Zebra
print satin skirt to dress it up and create an outfit that will carry you through from day to night.

Outfit Four

Nothing says

I have my shit together

quite like a suit. And they don’t always have to be formal. Just add a pair of trainers and t-shirt underneath, for a laidback approach. In this instance I’ve gone for a Black & Red ‘Baby Girl’ Slogan Print Crew Neck T-Shirt (£6.99). Want to dress it up a little? I would suggest a lace body suit which handily Femme Luxe have an amazing range of!

I’m a big believer in rewearing clothes and buying pieces that can be worn in a variety of ways, which is why to me t-shirts are a wardrobe staple. Let me know if there is a piece of clothing you just couldn’t live without.

Until next time,

Jodie x
