“There’s nothing like baking together” – Said me, never! This No bake easter cake is so simple even little P was able to mix up a batch. Normally Booberritdad does all the baking with Theon. But with Theon back at school and G trying to get grasp on all the renovation work, it was up to the toddler to rustle us up something sweet and full of Easter fun. No, honestly my baking skills are really that awful!

Ingredients
To make these yummy strawberry Easter nests for 8 you will need:
- 8 Meringue nests
- 4 Table spoons of honey
- A punnet of strawberries
- Cream
- Mini white chocolate eggs

Method
Set up your meringue nests on to a large bowl or plate. Let them over lap as the presentation is in the colours for this desert, which works best if its a little messy and over laid.
Next prepare your strawberries by rinsing and drying them. Next take off the stalks and dice them up into a separate, smaller bowl. Now add your honey and mix.
Take you cream and use it to cover every inch of the meringues. You want your meringues to be fully covered so that they begin to soften with the cream but don’t melty entirely once you put the strawberries on top. Spoon your strawberries evenly on to the cream and then pour over the left over juice and honey.

Finally dress with the white chocolate mini eggs and that’s honestly it; your no bake easter cake!
Enjoy,
Berrit & P xx
